The Candidate should be good in programming(MS Excel, MS Access, VB 6, VBA primarily) and database development(SQL Server). The Candidate should be able to handle large databases and be able to design and implement automation of manual processes. Inclination towards financial reporting and analysis. Willingness to pick up actuarial knowledge to the extent of being able to deliver IT solutions which include data manipulation, creation of actuarial sub -databases and financial reporting

Skills Required

- Strong database programming Skills in SQL Server and MS Access

- Hands on experience in SQL

- Functions/Stored Procedures

- Proficient in creating DTS & SSIS packages in SQL Server

- Experienced in SQL Server query optimization and Fine tuning

- Windows Shell or Batch programming (Good to have)

- Strong application programming skills in VB 6.0 / VBA (Excel & Access)

- RDBMS: SQL Server 2008

- Database Tools: SQL Server Management Studio, Query Analyzer

- Working knowledge of Citrix Architecture

- Strong Analytical, troubleshooting & Problem Solving skills, Communication Skills

- Experience of source and version control, and establishing and adhering to quality standards

- Experience in handling large databases

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Experience - 1–6 years

Insurance or Reinsurance Operations desirable

Location - Gurgaon (Haryana)

IITs and good colleges are preferred

IC Role , should be good in analytical
