HR and Executive Assistant to president  Position: Human Resource Lead & Executive Assistant to President  Location : Bangalore, India  Position Summary :  Action For India, an NGO, based in Bangalore, India, is looking for a Human Resource Lead cum Executive Assistant to President, who can work closely with President on various HR Processes at the same time is competent enough to perform dual responsibility of an efficient EA.  Responsibilities:  As Human Resource Lead:  - Recruitment: Take care of entire recruitment cycle - understand role requirement, prepare suitable job description, post jobs on relevant websites, reference channels, social media, pre-screen all applications for all vacancies, help managers to develop interviews, conduct interviews, salary negotiation and perform reference checks when required.  - Employee Relationship: Conduct induction and orientation program for new-comers, facilitate communication and ensure employee engagement.  - Internship Management: Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of an internship program, overseeing and coordinating the program once it's up and running.  As Executive Assistant to President:  - Perform broad variety of administrative tasks for the President including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, research tasks, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, MOMs for leadership team meetings - capture & monitor MOMs & engage with the team to ensure closures of open issues.  Required skills and experience :   The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in social enterprises, nonprofit with a passion for working with an organization that helps improve social conditions in India. This position will require a responsible and flexible personality that can work in a fast-changing environment.   You must have:  - A Master's degree in HR/IR, Social media and communications, Social work, Political science or a related field  - A rich experience in recruiting Mid to Top management level positions, preferably in the social/non-profit sector  - Experience in contract as well as full-time hiring  - Proven track record of high level administration and secretarial support involving efficient handling of top and confidential correspondence.  - Excellent command of written and spoken English, with the ability to write clearly and succinctly  - The ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders  - The ability to work independently with minimal supervision  - A passion for social development and willingness to travel across the country  - Excellent computer skills  Position Type: This is a full-time position which is available immediately.  Compensation: It will be commensurate with experience.  Application process: Submit your resume and a covering letter
