Role Summary :   The incumbent will be responsible for handling the entire operations for the area specified. He will be responsible for executing an aggressive growth strategy, including assisting with potential acquisitions in the markets. He will work in conjunction with all of the functional areas and provide with solid planning, continuous process improvement and operational leadership to the organization. He will be responsible for overseeing the rapid development and deployment of new products and services.  Key Responsibilities :  - Formulation and implementation of marketing Strategies for rapid penetration in key user segments and setting up of direct and indirect sales channel.   - Identifying market segments for immediate, medium and long term penetration   - Understand and support end to end business operations   - Coordinate and own sales and operations outlook of the business   - Drive deployment of end subscriber connectivity   - Plan and build reach of the network   - Proactively and re actively address customer complaints   - Understand enquiry and lead management and support conversion of the same into revenue   - Plan and Review every operational and sub operational area   - Drive business efficiencies through optimization   - Monitoring team performance.   - Training and development of sales team
