- MBA from top business school like IIMs , IMT , MDI , IIFT , FMS, XIMB, XLRI or some TIER 2 Business schools.

Brief Of Job Description :

Product Mix

- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products.

- Acquisition Roll Out

- Monthly activities – NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers)

- To design Sales team & trade targets and develop schemes to acquire customers

Quality of Acquisition

- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products.

- Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.

- Service Delivery

- Training of all customer services & backend teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery
