Role : DGM/General Manager, e-fulfillment / warehouse   Reports to : Vice President, Logistics  Job Profile :  Responsible for all managing end to end e-fulfillment / warehouse operations and design for multiple warehouse across Pan-India  In this role, you will :  - Responsible for leading the order fulfillment strategy for a multi-channel fulfilment centres. Implement new methodology to enhance speed of order processing and maintain a high level of accuracy on all outbound shipments.  - Establish quality and standard work system, operational metrics and processes, execute and monitor processes and operational metrics to ensure operational goals are achieved in all fulfillment centers  - Lead / Liaise with technology team, infra team on automation of fulfillment centres, to help fulfillment operations in exceeding goals and manpower reduction  - Initiate the RCA for the breaches in the various assets of supply chain and monitoring the closure of the same.  - Utilize company's leadership principles to actively develop team to evolve skill set to assume greater levels of responsibility.   - Recognize operational deficiencies as related to execution of critical on time shipment and influence shift culture to foster accountability  - Create an FC capacity planning and bottle-neck estimation model with optimal warehouse layout planning  - Lead the selection process of 3rd party warehouse service providers (as when required) including negotiation of rates, contracts, drive RFP(Request for proposal), RFI(Request for information) process   - Lead, mentor, and train fulfilment centre / warehouse personnel in day-to-day job functions  - Monitor industry market trends to understand current warehouse solutions  Basic Qualifications :  - Bachelors in Engineering / Science from reputed universities  - 7+ years of experience in supply chain function specifically in e-fulfilment / warehouse operation and design  - MBA or Masters in Engineering/ Science from reputed University  - People management skills - Ability to lead managers, executives, associates  - Proficiency in value stream mapping, lean initiatives, Kaizen, Six sigma, model warehousing/WMS  Preferred Qualifications :  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building relationships  - Demonstrated ability to lead teams  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired  - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality  - Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape  - Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes  - Ability to drive successful partnerships with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop strategic roadmaps  - Demonstrated strong leadership skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep the team focused and motivated  - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS office  - Must possess strong presentation skills
