Accounts Head - Education

- Writing an Accounts Manual for the company. Depicting with flowcharts, Power point slides etc systems & procedures in all the areas of accounting. which will be used as an accounts Guide .

- Creating the billing procedures and internal control procedures to ensure prompt and accurate billing

- Finalisation of the accounts

- International Taxation, TDS, DTAA

- Handling FC-GPR & FC-TRS matters

- Liaising with the statutory auditors, Tax auditor and Transfer Pricing Auditors and ensuring Timely completion of same.

- Creating budget for the company, getting it approved and ensuring implementation of the same.

- Undertaking periodic review of budget and analysis of the budget variances with reasons for deviations.

- Preparation, reporting and analysis of monthly MIS & Cash Flow Statements

- Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities at favorable terms

- Managing Financial operations involving designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate financial control.

- Overseeing the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts, payroll accounts, and financial statements.

- Handling the complete planning and management of internal, statutory/ external audits within time and cost budget.

- Leading a team for providing accounting services, including preparation of Books of Accounts, Inventory Ledgers, Cost Ledger, Trial balance, and maintenance of Statutory Registers and Records.

- Preparation of business proposals

- Handling assessment & appeals under Sales Tax; filing monthly & quarterly returns of MVAT & CST; preparing the Vat Audit Report.

- Filing various forms and returns as required under Profession Tax, Income-Tax, Tax Planning, etc.

- Monitoring the payment & returns of tax deducted at source & tax collected at Source & E - TDS.

- Managing matters related to CENVAT credit rules.

- Liaising with Banks and Auditors; ensuring all payments are made on due dates and records are maintained to provide evidence to VAT & Tax Auditors.

- Maintaining all pre shipment and post shipment documentation for exports and import including bank negotiations and RBI works.

- Handling EEFC accounting reports

- Managing all matters related to Corporate Laws, FEMA / Foreign Exchange Regulations and Industrial Laws viz. ESIC, PF, Shops & Establishment, Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Contracts, etc.

- Liaising with Statutory Authorities, Central/State Govt. Departments, Semi-Govt and autonomous bodies on matters affecting the affairs of the companies.

- Coordinating with the Auditors, Legal Advisors, Advocates, etc. on matters related to Appeals, Litigations, Demand/Show Cause Notices, etc.

- Recruiting manpower, preparing Salary Structures, issuing Appointment Letters, etc.

- Supervising the disbursement of Salary, Loans, Leave, Welfare Measures, Personnel Records, Disciplinary Action under Labour Laws, Annual Confidential Reports, Complimentary/ Appreciation Testimonials, etc.
