Job Title / Designation : Accounts Head

Job Description :

- Responsible for handling independently entire Accounting functions of the Company

- Monitoring the maintenance of statutory books of accounts

- Co-ordination of statutory and Internal Auditor

- Management reporting

- Active management of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables

- Active expense management - categorization and reimbursements

- Tax calculation and remittance

- Calculation, preparation and Remittance of PT, PF, ESI in conjunction with Human Resources Department

- Calculation of payroll & incentives every month in conjunction with Human Resources

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate :

- Graduates with minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in field of Accounting and Finance

- Master's degree in Commerce & Accounting or C.A (Inter) is a must.

- Experience in interaction with the authorities PF, PT, Income tax officers

- Proficiency and good experience in usage of Tally

- Good written and verbal communication

- Capability to work under pressure and flexible in withstanding additional responsibilities.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Minimum Education Requirements : MCom / CA Intern.
