Account Management roles with an exciting start-up in market/ business intelligence space. We are looking for individuals who are interested in solving unstructured requirements of clients and suggest/ recommend a consistent high quality information product.
What does that mean:
- Engage with current/ prospective clients to understand their needs (business objectives). Interface between the client and research/ operations team to deliver quality output. Act as a thought partner to clients
- Work effectively with colleagues in the organization to scope and structure client requests
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with decision makers
- Responsible for client engagement, development, account profitability and growth
Previous experience:
- Experience in strategic research and/or consulting essential
- Strong evidence of building successful internal and external relationships
- Self-starter, commercially savvy with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Handle multiple priorities
