Job Description : Account Manager Real Estate Accounting

Candidate Summary:

- 10 years experience is real estate accounting and reporting, either with an investment advisor company, a real estate owner (REIT preferred) or a property management company

- 5 years experience managing a real estate accounting team with some combination of experience in the above structures

- Experience in actual to budget review, Reconciliation completion (bank recs, account recs) CAM reconciliation process, lease review, deferred rent analysis experience

- Experience in Yardi (almost essential), Oracle and MRI (a bonus if they have experience)

- Some one who is comfortable talking with clients

Job Role:

- To work as an individual contributor on hands on real estate accounting and client spoc for work given to company and team in India

- Resolve all issues raised by client on deliverables and talk to the client on progress of work on a daily basis

- Short term travel to headquarters in New York and client locations

- Interact with India real estate accounting time or offshore team in Chennai on daily basis in the window of 4PM to 12 PM IST
