Job Responsibilities:
- Manage client relations and contracts
- Upselling into existing client relationships
- Develop and maintain strategic plans for providing day to day support for client businesses
- Responsible for driving the process for creation and reporting of business operations goals, metrics, with the intent of identifying and driving towards operational excellence and continuous performance improvement for all aspects of the business
- Forecasting, reviews, and tracking, partnering with the cross functional teams
Desired Skills & Experience
- A training and/or assessment background in the IT industry is a must. We are looking for a diligent operations manager to join us whereby you will be expected to be fabulous in managing the daily operations at Excellere.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in operations
- Good Computer Science background to be able to relate to software development technologies
- Experience in the training industry
- Strategic thinking and ability to communicate vision in the organization
- Self-Driven and high motivation levels and a passion to work for a start-up
- Solid cross functional working relationships and ability to influence throughout the organization
- Strong financial, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication, and managerial skills
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other collaborative tools
