Job Description :

- To contribute to the global growth of the account

- To support global and regional account strategies/lead local account plan and related activities that should result in defense of current business and successful attack on new business

- Planning and delivering account activities (pro-active, re-active and balancing of resources).

Managing the project pipeline :

- Ensure company has opportunity to participate in client fragrance briefs -Provide outstanding service to the client on commercial and logistics front

- To be strongly linked into key decision makers in Unilever South Asia organization -Manage credit, pricing, rebate management, etc. issues for account Scope Covered in terms of Categories:

Detergents - Fabric Conditioner :

- Home Care a. Geography South Asia b. Account Management - Know the account, its people, products, operations and market environment with its trends, and dynamics in which it competes. - Know clients' brand strategies, positioning, strengths & weaknesses.

- Leverage company resources to create commercial opportunities within the client working model. - Identify opportunities and prepare, plan, coordinate and deliver creative initiatives such as fragrance development, concept proposals, market-portfolio & gap analysis, new launches, consumer insight and trends c. Supply Chain - Assist in the General Supply Chain matters related to India.

The Successful Candidate :

- 8+ years in Agency / FMCG industries or equivalent

- Marketing/Sales experience

- Ability to energize and lead a cross-functional team around a project

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, decision-makers and influencer's, understanding and communicating customer requirements

- Competent negotiation skills

- Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations

- Consistent track record of new wins and ability to identify and create new business opportunities

- Consistent track record of significant business growth with key accounts

Project Management skills :

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel - Strategic and Creative thinking - Business acumen, understanding profitability goals and drivers

- Verbal and written command of English

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent presentation skills : High passion for the world of fragrance and consumer products - In-depth knowledge of the global FMCG scenery
