Client Manager/Account Manager

Job Brief :

- We are looking for passionate Account managers based in the US for a leading IT Services MNC with global presence, who will partner with their customers and ensure their long-term success.

- The Account manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.

Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Ensure Account growth by delivering Order Entry and External Revenues targets and taking ownership of the account plan to ensure maximum share of wallet through Sales proactivity

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit

- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

- Ensure Account profitability by delivering Gross Margin target and ensure actions are defined and implemented to close any Gross Margin gap

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas

- Direct ownership of relationship with key customer decision makers

- Responsible for maintaining high CSAT Levels by implementing actions to close gaps

- Ensure adequate governance with customer is implemented

Required Capabilities :

- Proven work experience as an account manager, key account manager, junior account manager or other relevant experience

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Experience with Application Services - specifically transformation

- Deeply familiar with IPP model of Application Services

- Knowledge of technology platforms to listen & translate and tenacious to learn & present

- Experience with matrix organization design & collaboration with account owners

- Should have a valid US Visa (or) US Citizenship.
