Roles: Human Performance Lab Lead (CL6)   Organization: Accenture Learning and Talent Development  Location: Bangalore, India  Job Description :   Primarily responsible for driving innovative research to improve human learning, teaching, and performance. Expected to drive the vision of the lab with the help of the lab staff. The Lab Lead will drive a research agenda which will include:  - Conducting both long and short term research using the scientific method in areas of cognition, learning, and human performance in order to create breakthrough ideas and concepts.  - Designing and implementing innovative prototypes to demonstrate the human performance potential to leverage upcoming technologies such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and robotics.  - Piloting new approaches by leveraging access to the student population daily at the ILC and other early adopters.  - Representing the work of the lab to internal and external stakeholders.  To be successful in this role, the most important requirements are the innate curiosity for what's new, a strong understanding of the scientific method, and connections to internal and external research organizations. The individual must possess deep, hand-on research skills. He or she will represent their work as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders across Accenture and to clients who may visit the lab. They will be driving the work of others and would benefit from program and stakeholder management skills.  Basic Qualifications :   - Master's degree in cognitive science, human performance, or related field  - Prior experience in a Research & Development or innovation environments (patents, publications, etc.)  - Proven track record of experience in research using the scientific method  - Driven, ambitious, and interested in working in a dynamic, visionary environment  - Ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results  Preferred Qualifications :  - Be visionary with the use of technology to solve human performance problems  - Familiarity with technologies such as VR, Wearables, AI, Robotics   - Minimum 2 years of experience in service design thinking/human-centered design  - Hands-on experience with data visualization, analytics tools/languages  - Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in professional settings   - Ability to establish credibility with internal stakeholders and other team members  Professional Skill Requirements :   - Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment  - Demonstrated leadership abilities in school, civil or business organizations   - Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment  - Proven publication skills (talks, presentations, publications, blogs, etc.)  - Ability to work in a global organization across time zones and cultures  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English  - Ability to travel as required   About Accenture's Human Performance Lab :   Accenture's Human Performance Lab - the dedicated human performance research and development lab within Accenture located at the India Learning Center in Bangalore, India.
