Ongoing monitoring and execution will include continuous improvement. Activities will include planning and developing work programs, creating processes, and identifying recommendations for continuous improvement in global processes and controls, monitoring, reporting/communicating results, and following up on issues.   This position provides analytics, reporting and support related to quality assurance, risk management, client satisfaction, client expectations and CMMI programs to Accenture Security DTE quality teams, leadership and client/project teams.  The role also provides operational support to Global Domain leads in Accenture Security in managing the business by providing business insights and analysis. The role will help the leads track the business performance with targets and budgets. The activities will include preparing for the business reviews, data analysis using standard reports, supporting business plan preparation, manage budgets and investments and program management support to the domain leads to help them run their portfolios.   Specific Responsibilities:   Quality and Risk Management  - Provide support to OG quality teams, leadership and client/project teams on quality assignments.  - Manage and maintain the MD Quality Action To-Do List process   - Provide support on quality Processes (QA, CS, EM, HRE/WL)   - Manage the QAD Pool (tracking and updating certifications, evaluating candidates for QAD, QAD training PoC, etc.)  - Provide assistance to Accenture Businesses quality teams in organization, scheduling and preparation of quality and risk meetings/calls (for e.g. delivery review meetings, governance calls, deep dive reviews)   - Process quality support requests from the leadership and client teams at local level in compliance to the Global Quality support model   - Provide training and coaching on quality processes/tools as needed/requested at local/geographic unit level   - Identify and propose quality process/tools improvements based on feedback from the leadership and client teams   - Assist in deployment of quality process and tools improvements/new releases at local/geographic level   - Act as process content subject matter expert.   - Manage and participate in special projects as requested by the leadership   - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, aimed at improving QA, HRE/Watchlist, CS and EM process interactions with the business  - Working with offshore global Metrics team to monitor timely report coordination and distribution of standard reports  Program and operational support  - Provide business insights and analysis for sales programs, initiatives and campaigns.  - Support leadership reviews of sales results, provide insights to sales leadership   - Provide analysis for programs that include pipeline improvement initiatives, win/loss, account planning and campaign management.  - Provide management operations support and reporting to leadership to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements.  - Support leadership with business planning tasks such as budgeting and forecasting for Sales and Pipeline, Revenue, CCI, Headcount Planning, Business Development, in close collaboration with Finance and HR teams.   - Provide decision support for leadership through diagnosis of business results (Pipeline, Win Rates, Sales/Rev/CCI). Identify and investigate deviations and help develop remediation actions.  Preferred Skills/Qualifications  (Not applicable for people participating in rotational and guest auditor programs.) - Education: Undergraduate degree in Quality Management, Risk Management, Information Security, Accounting/Auditing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration  - Work Experience:   Overall 10+ years of work experience  Manager: 5+ years- experience in quality, risk management, auditing, information security or combination  3+ years Accenture experience  - Preferred Skills:  Strong working knowledge of risk and quality management techniques  Broad Information Security knowledge  Good business operations/ MIS experience  Analytical skills; detects, analyzes and solves work problems  Highly comfortable working with large volume of data  Knowledge of Accenture - operating model, organizations, tools/applications and related data.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; interpersonal and presentation skills  Proven management and organizational skills  Ability to work across functions to access information and partner with other groups  Familiarity with quality frameworks  Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
