Accenture hiring for Public Safety Business Services sales enablement specialist  Public Safety Business Unit in the following areas :  - Prior experience in global Police/ Justice/ Border/Intelligence/ Prisons/Rehabilitation engagements - having functional knowledge (not technical knowledge).  - Sales enablement/origination management: Track coverage of offerings to Foundation Clients; value propositions, RFP responses, proposal support, positioning, internal/external sales decks etc.   - Business sales operations: compile pipeline data and track/progress next actions on key opportunities and provide client teams with collateral from the SharePoint/ Knowledge Exchange  - Public Safety Community support: Keep PS leads and SMEs informed with new collateral and contribute collateral to local community sessions; and assist other communities such as in the GDNs  - Public Safety CoP portal: Map assets, harvest client information, rewrite credentials and get reviewed by Client leads, develop new internal and external sales and offering collaterals, PoVs etc. for business service  - Presentations: Deliver training and best practices to C-suite audience and leadership  - Proposal support: Develop sections of the proposal such as Activity & Management/ Project Plans/ Governance Structure  - Interact with global stakeholders: Work and accommodate work timings to fit the requirements of all OUs (APAC, EALA, NA)  - Capability development: Assemble and grow a central SharePoint of credentials, Povs, proposals, client presentations, skills/resources, tools and frameworks; put together training content and conduct call and learn sessions for the global community  - Innovate: Candidates who can ideate and innovate and bring on board suggestions and the ability to take those ideas to fruition.   - Ability to conceptualize and develop sales decks and offering materials based on available client decks, discussions with SMEs and direction from leadership  - Strong execution skills. Needs to track closely and meet program milestones, while ensuring that quality is of the highest quality  - Experience in coaching and mentor   - Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all organizational levels with internal stakeholders and C-suite audience  Skills required :   - Ability to conduct Performance Management Assessment and Action Planning. Can estimate Level of effort and cost estimation  - Demonstrated comfort with numbers and excel (advanced Excel skills are preferred, but not mandatory) Candidate will need to review market sizing efforts of research team, run NPV calculations on MDI requested etc.  - Reporting - ability to consolidate data/information to update executive stakeholders  - Well-developed PowerPoint skills  - Superior analytical skills: analyze data and interpret findings  - Self-starters who can work independently without supervision  - Has prior business side experience e.g. Business Analysis and not from technology domain  - Past experience in a pre-sales, sales enablement, offering development and/or program management   - Highly developed English language, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
