We hope you- ll want to join us!  Work Experience:   - Analyst level - experience range of around 2+ to 4 years max  - Experience preferably in strategy consulting environment OR third-party research organization OR equity broking/investment banking OR CG&S industry OR demonstrated equivalent skill  - Awareness in specific industry segments in CGS (i.e., Consumer Packaged Goods, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, etc.) as well as some understanding of the Retail industry.  - Understanding of business and economics issues at large; with a preference to CG&S or Retail industries  - Exposure to financial analysis.   - Working experience in a team of research professionals.  - Experience with alternative modes of research delivery/data visualization tools also a plus (e.g., Tableau etc.) - good to have but not necessary  Physical Requirements: This position is located in Bangalore, India.  Preferred start date: As soon as possible  We are looking for someone with strong analytical and issue-based problem solving skills, quantitative skills/ comfort with numbers, business acumen, a client service mindset and interest in Consumer Goods & Services (i.e., Consumer Packaged Goods, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, etc.) who will be able to build on the capabilities we have established in our team over the past years. Of paramount importance are tenacity, personal drive and an eagerness to learn and apply new skills and knowledge.  This role is in our Bangalore-based India team, which is a team of 50+ researchers covering all our industries and business lines globally and locally   HR Team
