Experience : 2 -10 years

Skill : End to end experience in US Recruitment

Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible to handle the recruitment process guidelines along with conducting recruitment activities for tough to hire zones

- Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and Determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements)

- Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition)

- Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications

- Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate)

- Automated Candidate Screening
