Manager (Lead)- Data Visualization  We are looking for Lead - Data Visualization and Analytics with 12+ years of experience who can fulfill the following criteria.   Overview : The Manager, Visualization and Analytics will be part of Data Analyst CoE and will be reporting to Data Analyst CoE leader.  - He/She will be responsible for END TO END Visualization solutions and projects delivery across multiple clients (Internal/External).  - Drive the development and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dashboarding, analytical modeling, and business intelligence programs primarily leveraging the Microsoft SQL Server toolset - Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI etc. and SAS tools also used by the team.  - Ability to manage high volume and high complexity projects across multiple delivery location in virtual environment with excellent client communication and client management skills  - Support pre-sales and new business initiatives  - Manage the team of experienced analysts & developers across multiple locations  - Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data leveraging rigorous project management discipline to ensure the highest possible quality of delivery while managing team capacity  - People engagement, performance management, rewards & recognition, employee hiring and retention  - Efficiently manage resource demand and supply process  - Represent primary interface in working with corporate programs and project initiatives on data Visualization and Analytics  - Highly competent technically with significant, hands-on expertise in technical architecture and delivery of data visualization and Analytics solution  - Provides and implements workable solutions to business issues/problems with minimum referral to senior management.  - Customer satisfaction and acceptance  - Mentor team members in the area of BI and Visualization and provide guidance as necessary  - Ensures team members acquire necessary skills and performance attributes, in line with business and personal development needs.  Describe Candidate Profile :  Job Location : Mumbai   Education : Masters degree in Engineering   Overall years of experience : 12+ yrs  -12+ years of experience within Data Visualization / Analytics, Technology including 5+ years managing other managers   - Demonstrated success in recruiting, retention, and performance management at a manager of managers level  Accenture is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis as protected by applicable law
