Responsibilities/Authorities:

Operational:

Knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)

Experience in Management reporting or/and financial reporting

Understanding of data analysis and forecasting

Ensure compliance with Clients accounting policies

Ensure Quality over financial transactions and financial reporting

IC Role

Review of both Balance Sheet and P&L

Utilize accounting IT system to facilitate processes and maintain records

Knowledge of MS excel, Knowledge of Hyperion and SAP would be an added advantage

Well-organized with ability to prioritize and mentor new hires.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and methodical skills with the ability to multi-task

Stakeholder management

Attention to detail, service-mind oriented and discreet with confidential information along with problem-solving ability

Client/Customer:

Ensure compliance with clients policies and procedures

Ensure timely communication to customers

Build flexibility and adaptability to ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure that clients requests are given a priority
