Education Criteria - MBA / Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management

- Engineering Degree

Mandatory Work Experience Requirements (if any) - Hands-on experiences across various Fulfillment functions, strategies, tools and models

- Consulting or functional experience in an FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Metals & Mining, Automotive, Healthcare, Retail or White Goods industry

- Strong analytical and modeling skills in the given fulfillment context

- Global exposure will be desirable

Exposure to Tools (if any) - Mandatory

Systems functional knowledge on any SC Fulfillment applications/tools like i2, Oracle WMS, CAST, Logic NetPLus, etc.

Preferred Skill-sets

- Understanding of Supply Chain Fulfillment Processes

- Modeling and skills to create analytical inferences

- Strong communication skills. Can lead conversations with client

- Strong command of MS Office Portfolio

- Strong Problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibility

Apply fundamentals of issue-based problem solving and supports efforts to structure and analyze issues.

- Contribute to creation of issue trees.

- Distinguish ""critical"" versus ""interesting"" material for solving a defined problem.

- Undertake basic research on client's business, market, competitors, etc.

- Organize research materials, creates an audit trail and documents assumptions.

- Selects and reconciles key facts from different data sources.

- Make inferences when available information is insufficient.

- Apply basis statistics.

- Interpret data in context of industry and company-specific issues.

- Describe how high performance in key functional areas contributes to value creation for clients.

- Use insights into industry technology trends, functional challenges and competitive issues to shape client solutions.
