Job Description –

- The role involves creating and implementing strategies to solve human resources, workforce and culture change issues crucial to our clients' operational success.

- Has work experience Stakeholder Engagement, Impact Assessment, Communication Planning, Change Measurement (Change Readiness/Surveys, Business Readiness).

- Additional experience in Organization Design/Culture and Change Diagnostics/Analytics areas would be beneficial.

- The role involves creating and implementing strategies to solve human resources, workforce and culture change issues crucial to our clients' operational success.

- Develop deliverables of high quality within required budget and timelines

- Assist with internal compliance requirements of the project

- Assist with solution and Point of View development
