Suppy Chain Analytics Delivery Lead (12-16 yrs)  We are looking for Supply Chain Analytics Delivery Lead with 12+ years of experience who can fulfill the following criteria.  Overall purpose of the job :   - Lead and manage delivery of all Supply Chain Analytics engagements across locations.  Responsibilities :  - Understands and can articulate concepts about supply chain analytics across various areas like demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics and after market services   - Proven leader with an ability to resolve conflicts  - Provide throughout leadership on process / operations  - Strong attention to detail and establishes strong quality measures across team engagements  - Need to interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters  - Mobilizing resources, managing transition and establishing business operations  - Enabling change: Managing communications, coordinate communications across services teams and enabling people  - Implementing service delivery: workenviornment and technology  - Confirming production readiness  - Delivery Management: Relationship and account management  - Monitor and report operational results  - Monitor and report performance (SLAs & KPIs)  - Issue and Risk Management: log issues and risks, resolve day-to-day issues, escalate issues and risk concerns  - Define and prioritize potential initiatives to address talent and capability gaps  - Delivering and managing analytics services within the scope of supply chain  - Lead client visits and solutioning workshops as an SME  - Manage large teams across diverse skill sets.  Desired Skills and Experience :  Job location: Mumbai  Education : MBA/ MTech/ MSc from top institutes  Overall years of expereince : 12 - 16  - Should have experience leading advanced analytics as well as reporting teams for at least 7-8 years..  - Supply chain domain knowledge (9+ years)  - Must have manged team of atleast 50+ people  - Should have worked on supply chain analytics in the areas of demand planning, inventory optimization, logistics and after market services and also exposure to multiple industry verticals like CPG, Retail, Industrial equiplement, spare parts supply chain etc  - Prior experience in leading client engagements and managed multiple stakeholders  - Should have deployed statistical models for supply chain.  - Experience in developing and commercializing new offerings in supply chain analytics   - Project management experience  - Good client communications (verbal and written)  - Analytics experience (descriptive and advanced) - 7+ years  - Experience of working with offshore teams  - Accenture is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of society and does not discriminate on grounds of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other basis as protected by applicable law
