Support the design and communication of total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long term HR strategy and business goals. Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for compensation processes: Market Intelligence, Compensation Planning, Annual compensation review, Variable Pay calculations and Employee communication.   Key Responsibilities :  - Support the design and implementation of Total Rewards processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy  - Support the Compensation Program Design. Conduct salary planning, tie compensation to the performance assessment process and communicate the compensation structure to employees  - Perform salary adjustments, provide bonus / incentives, maintain salary and job tables  - Provide operational support to the overall planning of compensation - budgeting/ forecasting, compensation increases administration, variable pay calculations etc.  - Process operational transactions for the total rewards function which include managing data and data analysis  - Support Market Intelligence process by way of external benchmarking participation, analysis of benchmarking data and target range development   - Act as a day-to-day compensation interface for HR/ Recruitment and employees in assigned areas  - Plan and coordinate the timely processing of all operational transactions related to compensation according to agreed SLAs and statutory obligations  - Follow global guidelines, frameworks, methodologies and utilize tools especially in the areas of budgeting and administration of compensation increases  Skills List :   - Compensation Program Design   - Compensation Review  - Compensation Planning & Budgeting  - Data Analytics and Interpretation  - Rewards Benchmarking  Role Expectations :   Complexity :   - Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems.  - Interaction largely with peers/ supervisors.
