This role is for a Business Process Design Analysts in the Communications practice who will provide domain skills to help clients design and implement their business strategies, to improve processes by mapping processes to industry standards, by streamlining process and business workflow modeling.  - Project Delivery: Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients. On site. off site or hybrid.   Responsibilities may include:  - Business workflow modeling  - Mapping & analyzing As-Is process; New Process Modeling and developing To-Be processes  - Implementing reengineered processes  - Experience in eTOM and Siebel is must.  - Streamlining processes & driving existing Process improvement  - Customer experience management - design and delivery  - Business Development: Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the CMT practice  - Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in wireline/ wireless industry.   - Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral  Experience:  Specific experiences will include:  - 2-4 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience;   - Strong telecom industry background and experience with experience in Business Process Reengineering and Design in telecoms environment  - Ability to interact effectively with multiple functions   Consulting or functional experience for operators / service providers wireline or wireless in the areas of:  - Sales and Sales Operations  - Order Capture and Fulfillment  - Billing & Customer Care  - Service Assurance  - Revenue Assurance  - Process transitioning & implementation   - Process benchmarking  - Experience working on a large-scale Business Reengineering or Transformation project preferred  - Experience working with senior level executives   - MBA from a Tier 1/2 B School.  - Global exposure is desirable.   Key Competencies and Characteristics:  - Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills  - Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the senior level executives in a range of environments  - Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm  - Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment  - Possesses and demonstrates high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work  - Good understanding of role of IT in telecoms  - Strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts  - Be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach  - Ability to independently manage midsized project  - Experience working on a large-scale Business Process Reengineering or Transformation project preferred  - Understanding and articulating complex business issues/Telecom processes and addressing them with appropriate solutions  - Business process analysis   - Experience / exposure to industry standard models such as TOM  - Process Design, Mapping of customer business processes  - Benchmarking processes and evaluating process performance viz a viz the industry  - Streamlining processes and process improvement  - Root Cause Analysis  - Communications and Stakeholder Management  - Comfortable working in unstructured environment and ability to deal with ambiguity  Travel: Ability to accommodate local and/or global travel - 70% -80% or more
