OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:  Provide offsite consulting for developing statistical models and perform quantitative ad-hoc analyses to create valuable insights from data that help clients lower the costs and increase profits.   Responsibilities/Authorities  Apply statistical techniques to solve real world business problems for health community (Payer/ Provider). You should be able to find actionable solutions that are efficient and simple for the client needs. You are expected to be have   - Strong Analytics expertise, including segmentation, data mining, statistical modelling etc.  - Strong healthcare\life sciences expertise, in particular experience in using analytics in a clinical setting  It would be advantageous to have expertise in one or more of the functional areas, e.g. Customer analytics, Fraud Analytics, Healthcare Economics, and Cost Optimization etc.  Work with onsite Accenture engagement teams and provide end to end offsite support through the life cycle of a project. Onsite support may be required depending upon business requirements  JOB REQUIREMENTS – Overall Experience  - Good Understanding of -Healthcare Market  - Prior experience working on US based Health projects will be a plus  - Experienced in using SAS, SPSS, or KXEN or another statistical modeling tool  - Understand SQL; experience with SQL a plus  - Medical\Clinical expertise a strong advantage  - Demonstrate a proven practice of project management discipline; project management skills a plus;  - Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people  - Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources  - Strong aptitude, ability, motivation and interest in placing quantitative analysis in the context of marketing and business economics  - Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities  - Should MSc/MPhill in Statistics/Economics/OR Engg. Degree from Top Tier Local Engineering College
