RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates and defines companies offerings clearly from the competition.
- Lead the strategic direction of our regional online and offline presence in India, evolving online & physical experience to meet the ever-changing needs of both prospects and customers.
- Define time-bound targets for marketing activities and the pathway to these goals. Lead performance and organic marketing teams and coordinate their activities towards meeting these goals.
- Interface with the retail merchandising and subscription business leaders to identify growth points and activate experiments in new channels for new consumer acquisition.
- Coordinate marketing efforts for the launch of new products and releases
- Design and implement innovative, creative marketing programs across multiple channels including Social Media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, PR, partnerships, and events.
- Lead marketing automation efforts onboarding and retention streams
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR :
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing with a consumer focus, preferably in Internet and or lifestyle segment.
- Experience or knowledge of digital marketing space and the food-beverages ecosystem. Success collaborating on influencing, and leading cross-functional priorities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills & strong, data-driven strategic thinking. Coordinate across management, product, and marketing teams to align organization on product roadmap, and supporting go-to-market strategies and tactics
- Capacity to prioritize across shifting priorities and rapidly switch between strategy and execution. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-performing organization
- Understand our competitors; including benchmarking of competitor size, and successes, product offerings, positioning, price structure and levels. Previous experience in handling PR & design agencies
- Verbal, and written communication skills.
