Job Details:  - Identify potential banking clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Fixed by   - Achieve the Sales Target fixed by the Management.  - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging banking client network for our existing products and new software development.   - Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.   - Establish close relationship with SI/Partner for our product and services  - Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.   - Participate in pricing the solution/service.   - Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.   - Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.   Requirement:  - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in banking software solutions  - Should have good exposure/knowledge in Indian Banking System  - Should have sold critical banking products and services to public and private sector banks  - Should have sound knowledge in RFP management and bidding  - Should have good contacts with majority of the banks in India  - Must have UG or PG degree from reputed institution
