Job Description : HR Manager  Position would be responsible for driving HR function in the organization and work closely with business leaders to make ADFG Tech a preferred employer for global talent.  Key responsibilities would include :  Talent Acquisition :  - Responsible for hiring world class talent across functions and levels.  - Onboard talent acquisition firms to hire global talent  - Run programs / campaigns to promote ADFG tech as a preferred employer for global talent - like Hackathons / events.  HR Operations, Learning & Development :  - Working closely with business managers, understanding the business needs and developing HR practices in-line with their needs and industry best practices  - Ensure effective implementation of HR policies & practices across the organization  - Industry benchmarking of compensation and benefits; Working with business manager to implement these practices in the organization.  - Address all concerns around performance, compensation and benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of the benchmark in the industry  - Create and run programs for employee engagement and retention  - Create forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis  - Working with line managers to identify and resolve Human Resources issues, and determine specific HR business needs within the division  - Training, career development planning and implementation of employee development programs within the division  - Responsible for payroll and benefits.   - Responsible for all regulatory compliances for HR as per local labour laws  Job Pre-requisite / requirements :  - Candidate should have 7-12 years experience in leading HR function of technology company.  - Should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills  Post-Graduation / MBA from premier institute
