Job Title : Sr. Relationship Manager - NBFC   Group : Wholesale Banking  Department : Corporate Banking  Immediate Manager : Head, Corporate Banking, India  Job Purpose :  - Scoping of NBFC segment on a pan India basis.  - To develop the business strategy for the segment.  - Maintaining NBFC relationships.  - Creating Assets for ADCB India and ADCB HO.  - To meet revenue targets by cross sell and to optimise profitability from the segment.  Principal Accountabilities :  Contribute to the overall profitability of ADCB from NBFC clients through successful implementation of the corporate Banking strategy :  - To wallet size the NBFC market and enter into new NBFC relationships  - Monitor the business operating environment with respect to market trends, interest rates, assets and liabilities positions, trade volume, credit facilities etc. on ongoing basis.  - To identify and translate market opportunity into cash management and trade finance product program or enrichments to existing products, in order to generate profitable business.  - Monitor performance of NBFC accounts portfolio on an ongoing basis.  Manage the existing NBFC portfolio :  - Ensure the quality of portfolio by reviewing all proposals, identifying and assessing all risk inherent in credit exposures.  - By ensuring corporate assets from this segment are in line with the policies laid down from time to time by ALCOof the bank.  - Cross sell liabilities and other transaction banking products  Ensure good governance of ADCB-India NBFC Exposure :  - By ensuring adherence to guidelines and rectification of discrepancies pointed out in any exception report or by internal, external and Central Bank auditors.  Determine and drive the improvement of corporate Banking processes and procedures to ensure efficient and cost effective performance to meet customer expectations :  - By developing and maintaining corporate banking/Trade finance support systems and business processes in partnership with the Head of Operations & IT.  Minimum Education Level : Graduation  Professional Qualification : Post Graduation in Finance / Marketing  Experience:  - Minimum 8 to 15 years of banking experience  - Minimum 5 years of first-hand experience in managing NBFC relationship including appraising and managing assets, credit exposures, liabilities opportunities and other transaction banking cross sell to the said client segment
