Group : ADCB India  Department :Corporate Banking  Immediate Manager :  - Business Head, Corporate Banking, India  - Dotted line to Head FIG, ADCB UAE  Job Purpose :  - Scoping of FI segment on a pan India basis and the immediate neighbouring countries  - To develop business strategy and buildup road map for this segment in the defined geography  - Maintain relationship with FIs in India and immediately neighbouring countries  - Trade and treasury lines for ADCB India and ADCB UAE  - Enable and promotetrade and treasury transactions from FI relationship point of view  Main Tasks and Responsibilities :  Principal Accountabilities :  FI Relationship :  - Lead relationships with Banks and other FIs in India and neighbouring countries  - Trade Finance Lines with other banks for ADCB India and ADCB UAE  - Long term forex sources  - Negotiate bank line based IBPCs for placement of ADCB India surplus funds  - Liaise with HO FI teams for bank tie ups, bank lines, etc  Liability / Funding Lines :  - Setup of Treasury and investment lines on ADCB India and ADCB group by target FIs.   - Treasury lines for inter bank borrowings for ADCB India and ADCB UAE  - Trade lines for export refinance  - Liase and promote investments into ADCB India CDs and other inter bank instruments  - Opening and coordinating for INR Vostro accounts of our FI relationships with ADCB India and other currencies Vostro accounts with ADCB UAE  - Cost of funds / Operating accounts of FIs  - Inputs on deposit rates for bulk / FI deposits to ALCO  Client servicing :   - Liaise with internal stake holders to ensure service delivery to clients  - Ensure compliance with KYC and AML guidelines, etc  Minimum Education Level : Graduation  Professional Qualification : Post Graduation in Finance / Marketing  Experience :  - Minimum 8 to 15 years of banking experience  - Minimum 5 years of experience in managing FI relationship  - Experience in handling transaction banking requirements of FI clients, handling operating accounts, etc.  - Negotiating trade finance and inter bank borrowing / lending lines with counter party banks / FIs  - Long term forex sources
