He / She will be responsible for setting up and managing the Bangalore primary logistics and cold storage operations for AbleCold. Key responsibilities:  1. Implement AbleCold Operating System - work with service partners to improve existing standards through implementing SOPs, developing KPIs, deploying employee trainings and incentives, and implementing technology solutions   2. Day-to-day operations management - manage and lead the team of service partner employees to ensure daily operational excellence in compliance to AbleCold operating standards  3. Create a culture of continuous improvement. Design and lead projects on improving productivity, service levels and operations cost  4. Lead performance and relationship management with service partners  As part of the core team, the city warehouse head would also get an exposure to and would be expected to contribute actively in shaping other aspects of the operations and the business.   Required skills / competencies / experience :  - High energy individuals excited about building a business from scratch  - 6-8 years of hands-on experience of managing warehouse operations with reputed companies preferably in cold chain, FMCG or e-commerce.  - The candidate should be comfortable using technology solutions (WMS, TMS, smart tech) and be aware of best-in-class operations practices  - Excellent communication and people management skills  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   Education requirements :  - Undergraduate in Engineering or Post graduate in supply chain or relevant field  - TPM, WCM, Lean, Six-sigma certification preferred  Salary: At-market compensations with substantial equity
