Position Summary :
The core responsibility is to leverage a combination of strong strategy, execution and integration skills to successfully plan, integrate, execute & measure sales and go-to-market initiatives. The key measure of success is building pipeline, hunting for new accounts & Channel partners and follow up for sale closures for the Middle East, Africa& APAC region.
Qualification & Experience required :
MBA with 2-3 years experience in Enterprise software/ERP/B2B
Competencies Required :
Must have :
- Min of 2-3 years Exp in Front End Sales
- Experience in selling High Value Software or Enterprise sales.
- Should be able to manage the entire sales cycle
- Having experience of closing 200K $ and above single deal value
- Must have worked on 2-3 RFP's & is capable of giving Demos
- Should have Negotiating skills.
- Should have excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Should possesses strong multitasking skills
- Should be ready for extensive travel
- Must be a team player
Desired skills
Exposure to International market in dealing with some international channel/customer experience.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Manage thecomplete sales cycle.
- Log sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, and next steps) in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, deliver and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaign for across the region
- Should be a Hunter and capable of working under pressure.
- Willing to do international/Domestic travel min 10 days a month.
- Leverage database and leads to acquire and enable new accounts.
- Map customer needs with specific business deliverables.
- Recommend solutions, present proposals and get contracts executed
- Penetrate existing accounts to identify and advance indirect sales
- Implement business plan with agreed business targets and revenue goals
- Conduct and present quarterly business reviews internally
