Job Description : Senior Manager - Marketing Communications  Team : Marketing Excellence  Reports to : Lead - Marketing Excellence  Location : HO- OAW, BKC, Mumbai  Job Purpose :   - As Brand Strategist, we have to ensure a consistent and effective brand message. S/he will often need to be forward thinking to anticipate future trends and success of a product or service.  - S/he will develop positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis and define brand elements and tone. A Brand Strategist will find ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends.  - Determines the most innovative approach on how to enhance product image to the general public. Uses research data to make analysis in identifying the best way to introduce new and stagnant products.  - Ensures the success in translation of defining qualities of the brand in execution. Starting out with the study of the data gathered from research and creating various plans and strategies to be executed successfully.  - Leads the development of marketing plan and strategies and makes constant changes while plans are implemented for maximum effect.  - Planning the marketing strategy to ensure effective marketing communication including Company website, print communication and advertising.  - Conceptualizing collaterals, brochures, ads etc. as and when required.  - Providing accurate reports and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).  - Hands on with the latest trends in marketing  Education and experience : MBA from premier Institute, with at least 6 years+ experience from (FMCG, Food, Durables, Retail, Telecoms) as brand manager.  Skills :  - Excellent communication skills  - Sharp negotiation and influencing skills  - Subject Matter Expertise in Brand  - Understanding of the social network environment  - Strong analytical skills  - Networking and strong orientation towards employee management  - Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic, start up environment  - Ability to handle complex and diverse business situations  - Strong project management to ensure smooth execution of identified projects
