That ability stems from our devotion to the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of a family of products that meet the health needs of our customers at every stage of their lives.  This is a high-profile role with a global visibility and remit, as you will be leading marketing function and will have direct reports senior leadership team.   We are looking for a talented individual who can:   Brand Building:  - Create marketing plans for the brands so as to engage the customer as well as excite the field force for implementation  - New Brand Building so as to grow the therapy area.  - Effectively sell the strategies to internal customers and ensure effective implementation of designed strategies  - Achieve Market Share, bottom-line targets, top line & profitability  - Prepare Annual Operating Plans as well as help the Product Management Team to prepare Brands plans so as to achieve the Market share, Top Line and Bottom Line objectives  - Improve Specialty Coverage and Therapy Focus  - Analyze market conditions and forecast sales and market share.  - Monitor ROI on brand strategies.  - Maintain advertising budgets within targets.  Other areas:  - Independently handle brand management responsibility for allocated brands.  - Monitor competitor activities.  - Undertake feasibility analysis/ market research for new opportunities.  - Conduct research to analyze customer behavior and design strategies accordingly.  - Evaluate opportunities to increase PC for the brands.  - Ensure quality and timely delivery of inputs to field force.  - Undertake fieldwork to capture insights.  - Effective coordination with other functional areas within organization e.g. Medical, Training, Promo team, Supply Chain, Finance etc.  - Conduct CSM and other sales meetings.  - Buddy to new brand managers in the team  - Coach, guide and develop the brand managers / group brand managers in his / her team  Qualifications:  - MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing (with Graduate in Science / Pharmacy)  Experience:  - Pharmaceutical brand management experience of 8 years minimum.
