The Director Legal of Healthcare Solutions & Truecare, EPD based in Mumbai, India oversees the legal function by providing commercial legal support, protecting the organization's legal interest and maintaining its operations within the scope established by law.   - Will be responsible to anticipate, identify and analyze legal risks and develop proactive legal strategies and solutions by involving internal & external stakeholders and managing legal risk & reputation.   - The individual will lead a team of lawyers and required to develop and build the capabilities of team members.  Requirements:  - L L.B. from a reputed law school like National Law School or equivalent. Additional qualifications like CS or L L.M. is desirable.  - A lawyer with at least 12 years of post qualification experience.  - Excellent academic track record.  - Strong drafting, negotiating and client communication skills  - Corporate/commercial transactional experience gained in-house or in private practice (preferably both).  - Understanding of Indian culture and its people, as well as corporate and government practices.  - Fluency in English is essential.
