Brief Scope of the position :  Partner with Business leaders to provide strategic partnership to the Commercial teams of Abbott India through the HR function, processes and systems. Support Leadership to team to build a strong value-based and performance-oriented culture, drive and execute the People and Talent Strategy in order to achieve business goals. Position would be accountable for providing continuous, reliable and responsive end to end HR support by planning, prioritizing, and delivering the diverse workforce needs of the sales function. To be responsible for improving the HR process as required.   Business Unit's - Multiple Commercial BU + HO Functions  Yearly Sales Turnover - 1100 cr  Employee Strength - 1000+  Major Job responsibilities :   - Partner with Business Leaders to evolve people and talent strategy for the business and ensure its implementation.   - Provide support to the Director and Business Head in Career Planning, Development and Team Building for their Commercial teams  - Drive initiatives for capability development and Strategic Workforce Planning  - Collaborate with other HR Specialist teams ( Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations) to ensure optimum, customer centric service delivery   - Partner with TA to meet the division's ramp-up requirements both in terms of numbers and the right capabilities, to enable business growth in co-ordination with Business and reduce impact of vacancy on business performance   - Effective utilization of all resourcing channels, including campus and direct hiring, internal referral process etc. to meet manpower requirements   - To drive talent identification, assessment and development process for the Sales HR team in order to ensure that the talent pipeline is populated as part of the staffing process   - Ensure talent development actions as per guidelines are implemented   - Partner with Business and HR Teams to implement the Employment Engagement initiatives to maintain and improve upon the high engagement levels. Collaborate with sales function and HR team to drive employer branding initiatives   Education Qualification : Full time MBA with specialization in Human Resources from a renowned institute, ideally from FMCG Industry.   Experience :   - 10-13 year experience handling BHR role with exposure in Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Learning & Development Expertise into Business HR and key HR processes.   - Able to handle HR processes and systems independently and effectively liaise with all stake holders.  - Experience in Sales IR will be an added advantage.
