KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  1. Project planning & tracking  2. Interaction with business team, clients & external entities for software requirements.  3. Responsible for end to end project development including Application design, Database design & development support to the team members.  4. Monitoring & Controlling project risks.  5. Team building, resource management & risk management.  6. Identify bottlenecks and devise solutions to these problems.  7. Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applications.  SPECIFIC SKILLS:  - Strong undertsanding of n-tire application architecture using .Net framework and database design  - Sound knowledge of OOPs concepts and Design patterns  - Windows and web application development using .Net framework  - Knowledge of VC++  - Equity & Derivatives market knowledge is mandatory  - Must have Trading system development experience
