Job Specification :  - To lead the NBFC from incubation stage to set up.   - Manage the overall business with P&L responsibility   - To overlook ECBs and placement of debt instruments  - To lead fundraising initiatives of the NBFC vertical  - To overlook the entire process of raising funds via NCD  - To overlook the entire process of raising funds via CP  - To interact and coordinate with all departments, credit agencies and   - Building and maintaining firm relationship with Banks (PSUs, Private & Foreign), NBFCs, Mutual Funds and Debt Arrangers  - Deal origination: sourcing of proposals with respect to NCD - Deal execution, target achievement for overall fundraising for the group  - Conducting due diligence, valuation, preparation of Information memorandum, Term sheet and Financial model   - Assisting the company in finalizing legal and transaction documents  - Leadership expertise and joint efforts on client relations   What we are looking for :  - Should have been in a leadership position with an NBFC or allied business   - Seasoned Private Bankers with strong relationships/networks in the Debt instruments segment who can raise funds via NCDs & CP & G-Sec.  - Achieve the funding targets consistently.  - Minimum 10 years of experience in the overall financial market.  - Should have led the initiative in a private bank.  - MBA in Finance or equivalent.  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  - Leadership skill in managing complex deals and lead teams
