About ZX ventures Craft & Specialty :

- The ZX Craft & Specialties team is a global collective of craft and heritage beer and from around the world. Some of the brands include Cucapa in Mexico; Camden Town in the UK and Birra del Borgo in Italy, among others.

- The goal is to cultivate the most exciting and innovative portfolio of international craft and specialty beer and bring it to consumers across international markets.

Job Responsibilities :

- Be a key stakeholder in defining the Craft & Specialties roadmap for ZX Ventures in India.

- Define Product & Pricing strategy for the portfolio

- In collaboration with the Key Global Stakeholders & India Leadership team, Lead the project Management of all ZX Ventures projects in the India & South Asia BU

- Planning, Performance and P&L management for the ZX Ventures function in India. .

- Lead any Global Brands Cross Brewing projects in the India BU

- Initiate new seed projects using the VentureLab platform.

- Lead a National partnership for Brewpub Development & Expansion.

Job Qualifications and Competencies

- A University Degree in Business in the relevant subject required, MBA preferred.

- Proven experience of working with Leadership teams

- A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience across a broad background (FMCG, High Growth Startups)

- Deep knowledge of the creative process with hands-on experience.

- Passionate about creating structure & processes that support the development of amazing work in a creative environment.

- Forward thinking & the ability to foster innovation & creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.

- Extraordinary communication & relationship skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally both up & down within the organization.

- Ability to continuously re-prioritize & adapt to change & effective at managing change.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights & propose relevant recommendations.

- A driven leader who approaches things with a sense of urgency.

- Able to handle ambiguity with grace.
