AB InBev India is looking to hire Sr. Manager - PPM based out of Bengaluru, India Primary Purpose of the role : To manage the budgeting of the function and to provide valuable analytical insights to enable decision-making resulting in higher quality & service, and lower costs. Key Tasks & Accountabilities : 1. Responsible for overseeing all Price and Payable aspects spend that is not covered by RPO - Budgeting process (1YP and 3YP), monthly T&M process, LE calculations, VILC, commodities, FX exposure, WAPT, E-auctions, indirect, Local Function ZBB, target setting, procurement tools management 2. Provide PPM support to local sourcing and implementation team - Point of Contact for all the leaders in the Procurement team and the leaders of other functions and coordinate all transactions 3. Coordinate all aspects of analysis for local spend (not covered by RPO or GPO) - Tracking and monitoring the Procurement budget and providing actionable recommendations to leadership throughout the process Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: - Understanding of budgeting exercise and an ability to conceptualize business impact focused analytics and good knowledge of finance & accounting Education & Experience: - 4-8 years of experience. Finance/ accounting background preferable Personal Attributes: 1. High energy 2. Solution-oriented and positive attitude 3.
