Will be accountable for the design and delivery of full L&D cycle with the aim to maximize efficient use of resources and closely work with the People and Functional Leaders for L&D interventions  Accountabilities:  ABI University in the Zone:  - Define the strategy and resources needed, provide the policies, rules, processes and procedures to the zone in order to align global and zone in the learning processes  - Develop the brand ABI University in the employees as a benefit of works in AB InBev as well as in the young mind that will aspire to work in our company  - Owner of the Functional and Leadership Pillar at ABIU in the zone  - Guarantee the success of ABIU in the Zone  Learning Management System:  - Approve the guidelines for LMS initiatives as well as the LMS learning budgets in order to ensure an effectively LMS use  - Develop the zone LMS strategy that will support all functions enabling the development of the technical core skill sets of all the employees, aligned to the guidelines global  Budget:  - Propose and manage the Learning & Development Budget Approved  - Maximize the Learning and Development investment focusing on high impact for the company and its needs  - Synergies between the different companies in order to optimize our learning and development resources  Excellence Programs:  - Collaborate for get the best qualification in the employee’s performance through to deliver the best learning and development programs in each AB InBev Excellence Program  Team Management:  - Provide Zone L&D managers with an understanding of established policies and procedures. Coach and mentor all zone L&D team  - Plan learning and development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom learning, demonstrations, on the job learning, role play, self study, meetings, conferences, and workshops  Improvement:  - Identify new methodologies, suppliers, partners, programs, systems, etc. in order to improve the people, management and university Pillars as well as the learning process of the employees.  - Look that the different learning programs have ROI  Projects:  - Act as a strategic partner in order to support the zone and its implementation projects  Education:  - Fulltime MBA in HR from (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, SIBM)  Experience:  - 4-6 years of experience in a human resources area  - 3+ years of experience in leading teams and projects will be an asset  - Certification as a qualified L&D Trainer from a reputed professional organization will be an added advantage  Skills Needed:  - Strong learning intervention facilitation skills  - Superior presentation skills; Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;  - Leadership, influencing, and team building skills; Skill in influencing others and outcomes;  - Strong analytical capabilities; problem solving skills; skills in analyzing complex issues to determine root causes and innovative solutions  - Creativity and motivation; ability to work with management team; connect with individuals at all levels  - Ability to think conceptually and strategically, while maintaining a cost-conscious and practical approach to using time and resources  - Knowledge of development planning, including career and organizational development  - Knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methodologies  - Strong understanding of Instructional Design, multimedia learning, and knowledge around key learning systems  - Strong project planning skills and ability to design, implement, and facilitate successful leadership development initiatives and programs
