AB InBev - Lead - Recruitment

We are looking to hire a dynamic "Recruitment Lead" with 6 - 9 years of professional experience to be part of our exciting journey in India.

The Challenge! :

- To be part of the first generation recruiters with us in India

- To be part of team which would define the road map of TA, put process, hire the best and hire them fast

The Ideal candidate :

- You have 6 - 9 years of recruiting experience

- You hold a PGDBA or MBA degree from leading one of the institutes from India or a super passionate and smart recruiter with a UGC recognized degree

Areas of expertise :

- You have built teams in FMCG / Sales or Plant environment

or

- You have built teams in IT, GIC's or Captives. You are not a stranger to process like "Q2C", "P2P", "Order Management" etc
