In 2014, AB InBev realized 47.1 billion USD revenue.   The company strives to be the Best Beer Company Bringing People Together For a Better World.  Role :  Reporting into the Legal and Compliance Director, this person will be responsible for :   - Monitoring the economic, political, regulatory and legal framework, gathering and analysing information on developments or changes in policy issues across industry that interest the company.  - Supporting the business functions with guidance on the applicable regulations including any change in procedure for doing business within different states.   - Making representation to Government bodies and work with industry associations and trade partners on industry specific issues.   - Crises management activities and managing corporate image in a compliant manner.   - Identifying new business opportunities in the Indian market, disseminating information and facilitating initial contact and introduction to the concerned within the Company.  - Identifying, developing and maintaining a network of qualified local contacts in companies and governmental offices, business links, leads, counterparts and agents and maintain good relations.  - Initiating and assisting trade promotion activities helping the company to participate in group events (exhibitions, seminars, conferences, business meetings).  - The person will be managing the Corporate Affairs & Corporate Relations for the company.   - Point of contact for interactions and discussions with Government officials, industry bodies, media and the public with regards to doing business in India including implementation of various state policies, obtaining permissions, licences, and clearances for various projects and initiatives for the Company.   Ideal Candidate :  - A Law graduate with 7 to 12 years of experience in corporate affairs/activities & liasioning with Central and State Government & agencies.  - Strong research and analytical skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills to advice on complex business propositions  - Mature individual with ability to deal with Top Management as well as Senior Government Representatives  - Knows the Indian business community and the way it operates, as well as the way Government organizations work  - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and complete attention to detail  - Proven track record in problem solving, managing partnerships and relationships across multiple initiatives  - Highest degree of integrity, ethical conduct, professionalism and discretion required.
