In 2014, AB InBev realized 47.1 billion USD revenue.   The company strives to be the Best Beer Company Bringing People Together For a Better World.   Job Description :  - Leads Continuous Improvement and HR Transformation process in India & South East Asia (six sigma, Excellence Programs, Target Setting Cascading and Knowledge Management)   - Establish the Target Setting Cascading process for India & South East Asia, design and steer a solid cascading process, lead key cascading workshops   - Responsible for the implementation of Six Sigma Certification initiative ( Black Belt, Green Belt, Withe Belt), assure the delivery of the project benefits and goals, guarantee the implementation of Global Method Programs as Management Systems and Six Sigma Programs (White, Green, Black and Master Black Belts) .   - Responsible for the implementation of Excellence Programs for India & South East Asia, link the right people to the key zone initiatives. Owner of Management and People pillar for India & South East Asia  - Responsible for the Knowledge Management projects for India & South East Asia   - Responsible for the People transformational objectives and execution of the successful Integration of India & South East Asia with the zone  Ideal Candidate :  - A top business school   - 3-5+ years of experience in HR or business related areas with knowledge of HR related functions   - Only Black Belt and Green Belt certified candidates preferred   - Leadership and influence skills   - Strong analytical skills, ability to distill insights and propose relevant recommendations   - Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills   - A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks   - The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills   - The ability to work with a multi-disciplined team   - Periodic domestic & international travel
