Shift Trimmings : 12:pm to 9:00pm   - 5-10 years- experience in highly quantitative financial roles with a demonstrated growth progression   - Previous work experience in External reporting and/or Financial Planning and Analysis role within the IT Services/Software industry is an advantage   - Self-starter with ability to successfully build strong partner relationships as a trusted advisor at multiple levels  - Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and key financial concepts  - Articulate with Impeccable communication skills (verbal & written) is a must  - Strong cognitive skills - including problem solving, decision making and analytical skills  - Excellent time management, organizational and follow up skills and ability to multitask  - Attention to detail and strong follow-through   - Advanced/expert technical skills in some or all of the following: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial and statistical modeling  - Positive attitude and the ability to effectively deal with team and Business Partners  - Ability to motivate team members and delegate responsibilities  - Ability to work under pressure and make decisions independently  Academic Credentials and Experience   - CA, ICWA, MBA, CA/CWA Inter, qualifications  - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with significant focus in multi-national, global companies as well as India or US public company experience  - Prior experience in FP&A in a reputed organization
