Coordination with Campbell SPOC and other Geos for ensuring that cross functional expertise is leveraged  - Own the training Work Flow; End to End coordination of Induction Training Program and other training programs.  - TNA process  - Publish the Monthly Training Calendar  - External vendor Coordination  - Process Documentation, Process Adherence and alignment of the Geo teams in the L&D processes and initiatives  - Reporting :Pre and Post Training Planning, assessments, implementation and reports  - Facilitation in Induction and Soft Skill Trainings
