The [24]7 platform powers these interactions across all your self-service and agent-assisted channels - online, speech, or mobile.  What we do:  The DSG- Client Analytics & Data Sciences group is responsible for implementation of state-of-the art predictive solutions that address consumer needs across the life cycle of their interactions with our clients to drive incremental value for our clients.   We are developing the science of intuitive consumer experience using machine learning, artificial intelligence, data mining, natural language processing and text mining. We are in the business of driving non-linear business outcomes for our client using Data Science. Data Science is the business we are in  Statement of purpose:  Deliver Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Text Mining, Machine Learning driven products and solutions to 24/7 Clients  Summary of essential job functions:  - Lead and manage development and delivery of Predictive Analytics driven Products and Solutions  - Take lead and ownership in business opportunity sizing and set up methodology for analytics initiative level business outcome attribution  - Work closely with Client Services, Account Management and Sales to validate business hypothesis, business targets and manage expectation around business outcomes  - Mentor a deeply technical team of Analytics, Statistics, Text Mining and Data Sciences professionals and provide business and technical guidance  - Through others, develop and implement various types of predictive models, machine learning approaches and other text and data mining solutions  - Lead the group in exploiting structured and unstructured data in an effort to promote growth in business volume and business development via deep data mining analysis  - Help in business development and growth by working with business partners and clients in developing and implementing new analytical methodologies with a targeted business results  - Cultivate solid relationships with staff, internal partners and clients  Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience):  - MS/MBA from a reputed institution   - Field of graduate education - Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business or related fields   - 10 years of experience in the field of Analytics, Advanced statistics, data mining and text mining  Competency Requirements: [Technical & Behavioral]:  - Passion and deep technical competency in quantitative methods and/or business analytics  - Experience with managing business outcome driven projects and products  - Experience with techniques such as Data mining, Advanced Statistics, Artificial Intelligence based methods etc.  - Experience with tools such as weka, R, GATE and SQL   - Proven problem - solving skills  - Excellent aptitude for application mathematics and quantitative methods to business problems  - Ability to take complex and/or technical concepts and describe them in easy to understand business terminology  - Strong project management, writing and interpersonal skills.
