However, increasingly consumers in emerging markets such as India, are also demanding a more seamless customer experience across channels and are adopting our solutions as well.  About the Role  Reporting to the Chief Data Scientist and Global Head – Analytics and Data Sciences at Innovation Labs, the role will be client facing and will primarily be responsible for all aspects of delivery post-sales client engagement – solution development, solution delivery, program management.  - Business solution architecture and delivery direction to the engagement  - Revenue realization and optimization  - Service Delivery, engagement management and assisting in business growth  - Execution, delivery and client engagement  Main responsibilities include:   Business Program Management   - Manage delivery of multiple programs to completion, while developing and maintaining positive working relationships with client executives  - Service delivery, engagement management and business growth  - Full responsibility for end-to-end customer engagements including managing scope and schedule, while meeting Client’s expectations  - Matrix manage a team of Client Services Managers and Data Scientists, co-ordinate with Engineering resources and Contact Center Operations to deliver customer interaction analytics solutions to Fortune 500 clients  - Work with account management teams to develop delivery plans for follow-on sales and growth opportunities in your accounts, and support sales calls and customer visits   - Effectively communicate solution and constraints to the Client  Solution Architecture & Strategy  - Understand client business objectives and strategy with respect to their end customer engagement and experience  - Lead analysis and requirements gathering sessions  - Effectively communicate client's business and technical requirements for Innovation Labs R&D and technology teams   - Provide leadership on business issues related to implementations: coordinate internal and external resources; work with PMO to develop project plans; define and agree on deliverables, milestones and scope; manage deadlines to ensure delivery within tight timeframes; and communicate status and vision to clients and internal stakeholders  - Refine implementation methodologies and approaches to incorporate lessons learnt  Revenue Realization and Optimization  - Effectively communicate client's business and technical requirements for Innovation Labs R&D and technology teams   - Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop and deploy predictive models that will drive the desired outcomes  - Work with the Rest of the Data Science team, Engineering and platform teams and design teams to deliver on the revenue commitment through a series of optimization initiatives  Skills  General Requirements   - 12-20 years of total work experience including 5-8 years in either client relationships, consulting, professional service experience, or product and program management including 3 years’ experience leading customer-facing complex engagements as a consultant or program manager  - 3+ years of design experience: business intelligence, analytics, computer systems, engineering, or web services  - Ability to interact with and to develop relationships with a diverse group of client personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to individual contributors  - Ability to prioritize multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment  - Ability to adapt to new development environments and changing business requirements  - Desire and ability to grow and thrive in a start-up environment   - Strong program management and organizational skills and proven ability to manage and lead large-scale, complex implementation projects to completion  - Ability to convey technical information and business impact to non-technical customers   - Hands-on ability to both architect, define and direct technical solution delivery  - Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   - Excellent team skills  Technical Requirements:   - MBA and BS/MS in technical field, preferably Engineering   - Experience in executing data intensive, analytics centered engagements  - Deep Quantitative and Analytical abilities
