For more information on careers at 24/7, visit http://247-inc.com/company/careers.  Responsibilities :  - Interact with project sponsors, project stakeholders and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver complex applications and platform components  - Define program scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders  - Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints  - Define and drive the management of products during the lifecycle of definition and delivery   - Guide development teams in agile processes for planning and execution  - Develop processes and acquire tools to enable teams in the development of world-class software   - Drive continual improvement and innovation in the platform and application development process  - Maximize resources for the greater good of the organization  - Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and foster innovation.   Requirements :  - BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent  - 5+ years of program/project management experience with multi-group, multi-disciplinary projects in a software development and application infrastructure environment  - Strong experience with Agile software development methodologies   - Proven track record of successful product project delivery for large, complex projects  - Solid experience with platform technologies and application development  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Strong quantitative and analytical abilities  Plus :  - MBA or other advanced degree  - PMP certification  - Experience with online, voice, speech, mobile and CRM technologies and solutions  - Knowledge of sophisticated reporting and data warehousing systems
