We are looking for people who are driven by purpose and passion, and are true advocates for radical improvement to drive our business success.   - Join our team of extraordinary and dedicated individuals that drive better outcomes for the world's leading companies through great cloud software and services using big data and predictive analytics.  Summary :  - As the Manager for Technical Enablement, L&OD you will act an individual contributing leader and Point of Contact (POC ) for all the Platform organization as part of Global L&OD team.   - You bring the ability to conduct Technical Training Needs Assessment and work with Business SMEs to implement the Training strategy and programs needed to successfully develop techno functional skills for all levels.   - You will coordinate with geo L & OD SPOCs for Technical Learning initiatives and manage Vendor /Internal Trainer Coordination and Training Effectiveness mapping. This position reports to the Director of L&OD, located in Bangalore, India.  Basic Requirements :  - Bachelors/Masters preferably CSE and from a reputed institution with at least 10+ years of experience.  - Strong technical and problem solving skills   - Knowledge and expertise in working /facilitating programming languages, databases, operating systems & networking fundamentals, software design and programming best practices.  - Understanding and experience of going through the entire life cycle of building software platforms and products.  - Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.  - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a L&OD, HR or equivalent function  Functional Competencies :   - Responsible for identifying technical capability building needs across all levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.  - Implement Global L &OD technical roll outs in the region, based on needs and direction from the Business leaders  - Selection and assessment of vendors in Canada for execution of Training programmes / Skill building Implementations  - Identification of Internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).  - Facilitation and content development for Internal programmes.  - Prepare, maintain and update the training process documents and training policies.  - Perform training need analysis, plan and publish quarterly training schedules with effective implementation.  - Demonstrated understanding of L&OD Project Management, LMS and e-Learning .  - Thorough understanding of processes to enhance the process operations, escalate productivity & operational efficiencies; while curtailing the costs / expenses.  - Adept at measuring effectiveness of training and development programmes & utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives & methods, in conjunction with the Global L & OD team.   - Adept at managing the setup of complete training facilities with the accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.   - Accountable for providing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to Learning and Development organization for performance management and analysis report.  Behavioral Competencies :   - A keen planner, strategist and implementer with proven success in Learning and Development areas.   - Demonstrated abilities in relating to people across all levels and motivating them towards the achievement of their organizational as well as personal objectives.   - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic business environment and stringent timelines.  - Global mindset.  Qualifications :  Education and Experience Required : B tech, MBA with 10 years of experience  Knowledge and Skills Required :  - Excellent written and communication skills.  - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Strong functional acumen.  - Understanding of Learning Technology Management
